Types of course we offer and what the price includes.
All driving courses are as flexible as possible in every effort to accommodate your every day commitments. The days and times may be adjusted to suit you where possible. The school also accommodates driving lessons taken in two hours each day for five days or 1 hour and 30 minutes a day for five days. All intensive course prices include an hour before the practical driving test.
This means for the 10 hour intensive course you get 13 hours in total. An hour before the test, an hour for the test and a blanket hour for driving you home.
For the 20 and 30 hour intensive course you get 23 or 33 hours in total. The hour before the test, the hour for the test and a blanket hour to drive you home all inclusive in the set price.
The cost and how much will I save?
Calculate the cost including free car hire or half price car hire depending on the course you choose for the day of your practical driving test for one attempt. Each hour for a 20 and 30 hour intensive course amounts to £20 per hour. For a 10 hour each hour amounts to £20.19. Will the driving school book my practical test for me?
Yes. Or you can book your test online on the DSA direct.gov website, it's your choice. The intensive driving courses do not include the practical test fee this must be paid in advance when you book your driving course date and pay the 50% deposit. If you have already booked your driving test and intend to book an intensive driving course with the school it is important that you tell the school the practical test date when booking the course to be sure of availability.
Short notice test date tips.
You may have to pay alittle more to the DSA for a possible Saturday appointment if a day slot cannot be found for a short notice test. Call the school for information on this. Driving Schools' have no influence over available test dates and times, they are governed by the DSA. To find a short notice test date it depends on looking for test cancellations and being flexible about choosing a test centre. TIPS: In some cases it is better to book your test yourself and then find an intensive driving course to be sure you have a test date and time that you want. It is easier to find an intensive driving course to lead up to a test date you already have. However, the driving school will make every effort to find a short notice test date for you if you require it. In any case your course will lead up to your test date if you wish it to when the test has been booked. Or you can take the course, have a break and take your test when you decide to. What is the first step to booking an intensive driving course with the school?

An assessment drive will give the instructor insight into the level of course you will need. It is a drive to assess your standard of driving and is charged at the same rate as an hour lesson for the time of day.
